A Prayer for Hannah...

"Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. "

Matthew 18:19

For the past few weeks..

I've sat in my Aunt Hannah's office..
I've been working in her place until she gets her promised miracle.

The signs that cover her walls...
The encouraging cards that fill her windowsills..

"Expect a Miracle"
"All things are possible, Only believe."

My dear readers, I know you've all followed her story.
Once again, I come to you...

She is in need of your prayers.
She needs faith to keep believing.
She needs strength to keep fighting.
She stands as a living testimony of what God can do.

So I ask you all..

Tomorrow..
September 12, 2009
at 12:00 P.M.
...if we can join our hearts together and pray for this fighter.

I am believing that around the nation prayers will go up.

Because His word says..
"If two of you shall agree... anything they shall ask."
I ask you.. each and every reader...

Rather driving a bus..
teaching a class..
sitting in your office..
eating lunch..
as noon strikes tomorrow.

... that you lift up this young woman and her family before the throne of a powerful and mighty God.

Thank you all dear prayer warriors.

It was the very same prayers ... that allowed my precious Jonah to stand
a miracle before doctors.
Those prayers saved my very life.
Those prayers have given Hannah strength to stand by a healing God against cancer.

"God is in the prayers of His children"
Thank you all..

  2. Hannah is in my prayers, even now.

Your original post about her condition touched my heart when I found it today & even though it's after 12 noon, my prayers are going up to His throne too.

God will make a way. Please let her know we are holding her up.

  3. Dear Genesis,
I'm touched by your precious words many of which I don't feel worthy not to mention your help in my office these past few weeks. It has been such a blessing.
I find it a great consolation that God chastens those he loves. He has moved in so many ways already. It's so obvious that this whole situation has a great purpose..... I'm expecting something phenominal for I've turned the whole thing over to Him. Thank you all for your continued prayers. To God be the glory! His mercy endureth forever!
Genesis, Don't forget you must always continue to use your great talents for Him!
    I love you!

  4. I'm glad I checked this blog tonight. We will be praying tomorrow as I am right now. The song playing right now is a favorite of mine "I'd Rather Have Jesus Than Anything"!! As Hannah has just commented, she has given it all to Him and I can't wait to hear the testimony of answered prayers. God is faithful!!! God bless you all with strength to keep confessing and believing. God is able!!!!

  5. I have to share this with you. Our service starts at 11:00 on Sundays so I just decided to put a prayer request in for Hannah and was wishing I could be praying at 12:00too but knew the preaching would be going on then and wasn't going to be distracted from the preaching trying to keep track of the time. Anyhow, I had put it out of my mind and was enjoying the service and my son sitting beside be stretched and put his watch right in front of me and it was 12:00 on the dot. Wow!!! It seems like such a little thing but I knew it wasn't a coincidence and I believe that God allowed that to show me that He is so Faithful in even the "little" things and I was able to sit there and breathe a prayer for Hannah. He will be right on time for her too!!!
